All sales are final due to the nature of irrevocable digital goods.However, you are entitled to a refund request, submitted within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons: if you don’t receive the download link and if there are major list defects and inaccuracies. We do not refund for errors outside our control.

WARRANTY

You will receive a one-time complimentary update (within 1 calendaristic year). After one calendaristic year and two updates, our lists may change drastically and you can email us regarding a custom list, where we can bill you only for the new contacts.
