1.Introduction

1.1 Contact us at info@thefashionlists.com before purchasing if you have questions about product suitability.

1.2 All sales are final due to the nature of irrevocable digital goods.

1.3 Exceptions (refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase):

(a) Non-delivery: Claim within 14 days if you don’t receive the download link.

(b) Download/unzip issues: Report within 14 days; silence implies successful delivery.

(c) Major defects: We’ll fix verified errors within 72 hours or issue a refund.

1.4 Warranty & Updates Clarification:

a) you will receive a one-time complimentary update (within 1 calendaristic year). After one calendaristic year and two updates, our lists may change drastically and you can email us regarding a custom list, where we can bill you only for the new contacts.

b) no refunds are provided for bounced emails after the update is delivered or the warranty expires.

c) bounce exceptions: We do not refund for errors outside our control (e.g., recipient mailbox full, SPF failures).

2. Process

2.1 Refund requests must be emailed to info@thefashionlists.com within 14 days of purchase.

2.2 Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

3.1 Requests made after 14 days or post-warranty expiration.

3.2 Bounce rates ≤10% (already priced into the product).

3.3 Incompatibility with third-party tools (unless stated otherwise on our website).
